901 Home Health Care didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a frustration that too many clinicians know too well: watching patients get lost in a system that prioritizes volume over people.
Our founder, Kelsey Watts, spent years working inside the big agencies after earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University. She saw what happens when decisions come from corporate offices hundreds of miles away. Delays. Red tape. Care plans that check boxes instead of changing lives. And she knew it didn't have to be that way.
So she built something different. A home health company led by someone who's actually delivered care. Where every decision runs through one filter: is this what's best for the patient? Not what's easiest to scale. Not what looks best on a spreadsheet. What's best for the person in the home.
That's why 901 Home Health Care exists. Not to be the biggest. To be the best at what matters most.

We named this company after our city for a reason. Memphis raised us. This community shaped us. And when we set out to build a home health care company, there was never a question about where.
We're not a franchise that landed here. We're not a satellite office reporting to a headquarters in another state. We live in the neighborhoods we serve. We know the culture, the people, and the pace of life here. And we believe the Mid-South deserves home health care that actually feels like it belongs here.
When you work with 901 Home Health Care, you're working with your neighbors. That's not a tagline. That's the truth.
Kelsey Watts didn't come to home health care from the business side. She came from the bedside. A licensed Occupational Therapist with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University, Kelsey has spent her career helping patients regain independence, rebuild strength, and reclaim the daily routines that make life feel like their own.
But after years of working within large, corporate agencies, she kept running into the same walls: decisions made by people who'd never treated a patient, care plans shaped by quotas instead of outcomes, and a system that too often treated people like case numbers. She knew the care could be better. She knew the experience could be better. So she built it herself.
901 Home Health Care is the result. A company where clinical judgment leads, where patients and families are treated like people, and where the team is supported, respected, and trusted to do their best work. Kelsey is still involved in every part of it, from care decisions to team culture. Because leadership shouldn't be something that happens from a distance.

We keep our team intentionally tight because we believe that's how great care happens. Every person at 901 Home Health Care was chosen not just for their credentials, but for who they are. We hire clinicians and caregivers who listen closely, communicate clearly, and treat every home they enter with the respect they'd want for their own family.
That selectiveness shows up in the experience you'll have as a patient. You won't get a rotating cast of strangers. You'll get a consistent, familiar team that knows your name, your story, and your goals. People who notice the small things, celebrate your progress like it's their own, and show up every visit ready to help you get stronger, safer, and more independent.
Our team members come from respected programs across the Mid-South and bring years of home health experience with them. But what unites them isn't a resume. It's a shared belief that this work is personal, and that every patient deserves care delivered with skill, patience, and genuine heart. From the very first visit, we could tell this was different. They actually listened. They actually cared. My mom actually looked forward to her OT appointments, and that says everything. I wouldn’t dream of ever using anyone else.
