Our founder, Kelsey Watts, spent years working inside the big agencies after earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University. Kelsey Watts didn't come to home health care from the business side. She came from the bedside. A licensed Occupational Therapist with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University, Kelsey has spent her career helping patients regain independence, rebuild strength, and reclaim the daily routines that make life feel like their own.
But after years of working within large, corporate agencies, she kept running into the same walls: decisions made by people who'd never treated a patient, care plans shaped by quotas instead of outcomes, and a system that too often treated people like case numbers.
